2. CUSTOM ORDERS, DESIGN APPROVALS, AND ACCURACY
- Customer Responsibility: For all custom, personalized, or made-to-order CNC carvings, you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided text, names, dates, dimensions, and design specifications.
- Final Approval: Once you give final approval on a digital proof or design layout, production will begin. We are not responsible for any typographical, layout, or design errors discovered after your approval.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom order that contains text or imagery that we deem inappropriate, offensive, hateful, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.

- Minor variations in wood grain patterns, color, knots, and natural textures are inherent characteristics of real wood and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Wood may naturally expand, contract, or develop minor surface checking over time due to changes in climate, humidity, and temperature. We are not liable for environmental weathering post-delivery.
4. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
All custom-made and CNC-carved items are non-refundable and final sale. Because these items are personalized, they cannot be resold. Order cancellations are only accepted if production or design proofing has not yet begun. Our complete policy regarding damages and errors can be reviewed in our return policy.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Our Designs: All custom 3D files, CNC toolpaths, original vectors, photographs, and text displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Rowe's Wood Designs and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or reuse them.
- Your Uploads: By submitting logos, designs, or images for us to carve, you warrant that you own the rights to that artwork or have explicit permission to use it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rowe's Wood Designs against any legal claims of copyright or trademark infringement resulting from your custom request.
6. PROMOTIONAL USE OF CUSTOM ITEMS
We reserve the right to photograph, record video of, and showcase any custom carvings we produce on our website, social media channels, or marketing materials for promotional purposes. If your item contains highly sensitive or private information and you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing prior to production.
